Time to go to Action

Went to get my blood pressure med the other day. The doctor said to me... It might help if you lose some weight. Yeah yeah I know that....

Then on sat my cousin gave me a tee shirt... well.. a picture is worth a thousand words

Guess what when I got the tee shirt I was having dinner at Euro deli. OK I will will try harder to go gym....
