What does it means when your old customers keep calling you?

I left my old company for more than a month now. I don't understand why the customers still call me. To be fair to the customer it is not their fault.. why because the new people who suppose to take over never inform them that I left and who is taking over. They are suppose to inform the customer not me. I only told those that are my frens. What am i suppose to do!!!!

Then today one of my old customer call me to ask me to help them solve a problem. If I am free i don't mind helping. But now I got so many fires I also dont know how to put out. And the new company is paying me to put out the fire. What does the old company give me for helping them NOTHING. So should I care so much ???? What do you think !!!!

I think you should just inform the ex-customers that you are no longer with the company and ask them to contact the person who is supposed to take over your responsibilities. After all, you can't be doing things on behalf of the ex-company anymore.
